DataCheck offers two very convenient ways to order background checks

Ordering Via our Website:

Ordering via our website is quick and easy. Call our office at 800-253-3394 to schedule a personalized training session with one of our representatives. Once you have been assigned a user ID and password, we will guide you through a quick and easy training session. Within minutes you will be up and ordering. Once the background check is completed you will receive an automatic email notification that the final report has been sent back via our website for easy retrieval.

Ordering via Fax:

If you would like to order via our fax line, our fax number is 949-492-3634. Just fax over the Background Check Order form with your request of searches to be done, the employment application, the Consumer Report & Disclosure Form, and The Background Check Release Form. Once the report is completed, we will (at your discretion) post the completed report to our website, email, or fax the results to you.
